Refund policy
We want you to love the work you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help. To choose store credit without returning your item, please email contact@theinfinitenook.group rather than using the returns portal.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email contact@theinfinitenook.group with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the item. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization can't be processed.
Damaged or defective items
If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You will not need to return a damaged item.
Return shipping
For returns that aren't the result of damage or error on our part, you may choose either:
- Store credit for the full value of the item, with no need to ship the artwork back to us, or
- A refund to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer the store credit option because our pieces ship from overseas production partners, and international return shipping is often slow and costly. Most customers find it the simpler path.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-returnable items
Custom, commissioned, and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production may already have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
