Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Each piece is prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

Shipping method

Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partner and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take 3–5 days to begin updating after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at contact@theinfinitenook.group and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once dispatched, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
